He brings extensive global experience across the U.S., U.K., Mexico and Switzerland, and holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Revlon has appointed Mario Rivera as chief operations officer, effective 16 February. Rivera will oversee the company's global supply chain, including procurement, planning, manufacturing, distribution and logistics, reporting to CEO Michelle Peluso. Rivera joins from CVS Health, where he served as SVP and chief supply chain and logistics officer. He brings over 25 years of experience across healthcare and consumer businesses, with expertise in data-driven operations, robotics deployment and large-scale transformation initiatives. The appointment comes as Revlon continues rebuilding its operations. Rivera has previously held senior roles at Target, Danaher, Becton Dickinson and Integer Holdings. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology and a master's in engineering from Cambridge University.
