Requirements
  • Significant experience in social media production, publishing, or digital content operations
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign etc)
  • Strong understanding of production processes: shoots, video/photo formats, equipment basics, and post-production workflows
  • Highly organised with exceptional project management skills
  • Comfortable working with analytics tools (e.g., native platform insights, Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
  • Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment
Responsibilities
  • Oversee production for social content including shoots, small-scale productions, creator collaborations, and internal content requests
  • Building and manage relationships with external partners; set designers, creative directors, production agencies
  • Coordinate logistics, budgets, timelines, and assets with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure all produced content adheres to Aesop’s creative and technical standards
  • Own the global social media content calendar, ensuring alignment between campaigns, always-on content, and market needs
  • Manage scheduling and posting across platforms, respecting nuances of timing and format
  • Responsible of the production of all content kits through to delivery to the markets
  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager to ensure seamless handoff from ideation to production to publication
  • Monitor platform performance, KPIs, and content effectiveness to optimise future strategy
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance decks, distilling key insights and recommendations
  • Maintain dashboards and ensure accurate, timely reporting
  • Build and maintain efficient workflows for content production, asset tracking, approvals, and distribution
  • Ensure compliance with naming conventions, asset management protocols, and documentation
  • Support governance and best-practice sharing with regional markets
  • Manage and engage Aesop’s social communities across all channels, fostering meaningful conversation, responding in a timely and considered manner, and identifying relevant trends to thoughtfully join consumer conversations
