- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
- Strong understanding of Power Automate and the Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power BI
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft dataverse systems
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JavaScript, or other web development technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud computing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Managing Microsoft 365 environments, including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
- Developing and maintaining Power Automate workflows and PowerApps applications
- Integrating Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions with other business systems & Apps
- Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft dataverse systems
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and develop business process automation opportunities
- Participating in the design and development of web-based solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Tailwind, and other web development frameworks
