- Identify and interview witnesses and other key parties involved.
- Prepare and submit findings and recommendations for resolving insurance claims or litigation matters.
- Perform site evaluations, field analysis, and assessments of structural and architectural systems, low- and steep-slope roofing systems, and foundation systems.
- Provide evaluations of failures resulting from hail, wind, moisture intrusion, flooding, building-envelope failures, and general construction failures.
- Provide general recommendations for remediation and repair.
- Perform structural failure analysis and evaluate damage from hurricanes, tornadoes, ice, wind, snow, fires, explosions, blasting, construction vibrations, and differential foundation movement.
