Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, including engineering, merchandising, operations, and merch strategy teams, to understand their strategic objectives, initiatives, pain points, and needs.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for operational scaling, process improvements, and streamlining across departments.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve a Supply Chain roadmap that aligns with business priorities and supports a forward-looking architecture.
  • Lead implementation programs, ensuring quality delivery and expected outcomes. This includes gathering business requirements, developing process flows, creating high-level solution designs, and overseeing training and change management for successful adoption of best practices.
  • Establish clear metrics for merchandising process and tool improvements, driving continuous measurement and enhancements.
