Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, process improvement, or business operations
  • Advanced systems knowledge of retail multi-channel merchandise financial planning, demand planning, assortment planning, replenishment, and allocation systems
  • Certification of operational improvement methodologies or experience applying operational improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience in fast phase environment
  • Data-driven approach; building tools, collecting and analyzing data
  • Demonstrated enterprise mindset, big-picture thinking, and value creation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities capable of inspiring teams to operational excellence
Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for operational scaling, improvements, and streamlining processes across departments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards
  • Generate and implement strategies to ensure optimal flow of product & service to enable all activities across the value chain to consistently deliver to customer and business expectations
  • Apply intensive and diversified knowledge of Operational Excellence principles and practices to lead a variety of projects aimed at driving operational transformation and improvement across multiple functions
  • Cultivate and maintain strong cross-functional relationships while influencing teams across the corporation to adopt a continuous improvement mindset
  • Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
  • Coach and lead teams to understand Lean and Design principles, map processes and identify wastes, as well as gaining a deep insight into customer needs and using these to inform design decisions and trade-off
