  • 7+ years of experience building high-quality, successful products and experiences.
  • Prior product-led growth and/or product-led sales experience is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable breaking down big problem areas into concrete strategies and plans.
  • Data-driven with the ability to get into the weeds and understand the impact of your work.
  • Ability to progress at a fast pace and move the team forward in an environment with multiple opinionated stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with subscription billing platforms and CRM (Netsuite, Salesforce, Stripe, etc).
  • An MBA from a top-tier school is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate the growth team's product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and other teams to execute the product roadmap, focusing on quality, agility, and timeliness.
  • Ownership of in-depth analysis of user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Design and implement testing processes and an experimentation framework to execute multivariate tests to optimize user flows, onboarding experiences, and other key conversion points, while leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop familiarity with media products, understand the Rockbot ecosystem, plan growth according to the characteristics of the customer segments, and coordinate with various teams for implementation.
