  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in engagement marketing, email marketing, or related field
  • Financial knowledge and writing experience required
  • Previous experience with Hubspot, Marketo, or similar marketing tools required
  • Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record of success in creating and executing engaging marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Comfortable working with data and drawing insights to inform decisions
  • Own the ideation, strategy, execution, and tracking of one email per week to our most sophisticated and engaged base, with financial knowledge and writing experience
  • Craft crisp, concise consumer-facing copy that drives deep funnel engagement with our products
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Engagement to strategize and coordinate Securitize's engagement efforts, leveraging a data-driven approach to improve the customer experience
  • Continually monitor and analyze the Securitize customer base looking for opportunities to test in marketing campaigns to sell, upsell, or re-engage
  • Own the ideation, strategy, execution, and tracking of the engagement initiatives you roll out, from reward and referral programs to segmented, personalized sales outreach
  • Create concise segmentation for our UHNW audience
  • Own the email content calendar shared both monthly and weekly with the marketing team
  • Create weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting analyzing the email/engagement success metrics + own analysis of reporting/attribution and KPIs in collaboration with data scientist
  • Present and deliver KPIs, corresponding analysis and go-forward recommendations to leadership & cross-functional teams
  • Ability to take ownership to bring your (and the firms) vision, ideas, and recommendations to life, owning every aspect of the execution of initiatives like email flows from start to finish
  • Proactively self-manage a heavy workload in a busy, often-changing environment
  • Previous experience with Hubspot, Marketo, or similar marketing tools required
