  • Competency in speaking to/ participating with a very technical group of subject matter experts

  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and make independent judgments
  • Articulate what cognitive and instructional principles are behind your work and your approach to the content you create
  • Explain the specific advantages of using different types of media

  • Effectively communicate orally and in written form so that the information you produce is accessible and understandable to a wide variety of audiences
