Office Coordinator
Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is looking for a professional Office Coordinator to join their team.

This position will be located onsite, Monday – Friday, in their Somerville, MA corporate office. This is not a remote opportunity.
As the Office Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth operation of the office and contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization by:
- Ensuring that all office equipment and furniture are operational and working properly (coffee machines, mail machines, printers etc.)
- Managing, maintaining, and ordering office and kitchen supplies.
- Performing backup receptionist and front desk duties: professionally greeting visitors and directing phone calls, processing, and accepting company mail and packages.
- Approving invoices and purchase orders.
- Professionally negotiating and managing vendor contracts, as well as being the point of contact for all office vendors.
- Coordinating and assisting with in-house or off-site activities, parties, celebrations, and conferences.
- Creating company organizational charts, employee business cards and security badges.
- Coordinating use of the conference rooms, team spaces, offices, and cubicles, and updating automatic reserve system for conference rooms as well as additional offsite meeting space as necessary.
- Performing additional duties assigned by management.

Required Experience and Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel including executive management.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task while applying attention to detail.
- Process and Systems oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, take initiative, and follow through with assigned tasks and projects.
- Technology savvy, knowledgeable about office technology and proficient in Microsoft Office.
