- Own end-to-end responses to customer security questionnaires, including SIG, CAIQ, and custom formats, as well as security sections of requests for proposals.
- Maintain a library of pre-approved answers, evidence, and reference architecture diagrams to accelerate questionnaire turnaround.
- Support security-related contract reviews and due diligence requests in collaboration with Legal, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Triage and provide an initial response to customer security questionnaires, security sections of requests for proposals, and due diligence requests within two business days, coordinating escalations when additional technical or legal review is required.
- Ensure compliance with customer contractual obligations.
- Serve as a day-to-day control owner in Vanta, keeping evidence current and remediating failing checks.
- Support the annual SOC 2 Type 2 audit cycle, including auditor requests, evidence collection, and readiness reviews.
- Help extend the compliance program to additional trust service categories such as Availability and Confidentiality.
- Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and control documentation.
- Run and document the vendor security review process for new and existing vendors.
- Participate in organization-wide risk assessments and vendor reviews.
- Administer and tune CrowdStrike Falcon endpoint detection and response, including alert triage and response.
- Support identity and access security across Entra ID, including Conditional Access, multifactor authentication, and Platform SSO.
- Work with the IT team on Intune-managed security baselines and compliance policies across Windows and macOS.
- Own vulnerability management, including scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking through closure, and trend reporting.
- Support security incident response, including investigation, containment, and post-incident documentation.
- Monitor for and respond to threats such as domain impersonation, phishing, and credential exposure.
- Administer the security awareness training program, including KnowBe4 campaign setup and reporting.
- Partner closely with the Director of IT on initiatives and tooling.
- Document processes and runbooks in Notion so security operations are repeatable and auditable.
- Track security work in Jira and contribute to sprint or project planning as needed.
- Communicate security concepts to non-technical stakeholders in plain language.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and mobile device management security baselines.

If you've ever been on the plant floor when a machine failure stops production, you'll recognize this story. For years, INX International dealt with delayed equipment health data and limited ways to use it to prevent breakdowns. Root cause analysis was time consuming, and maintenance stayed reactive. A global manufacturer ready for change. Walk into any grocery store, and you'll see INX's work everywhere. If there's color on the packaging, particularly aluminum soda cans, INX makes the ink for it. INX is one of the largest manufacturers of high-performance inks and coatings in the world. But for all its innovation in print chemistry, INX faced a problem familiar to many manufacturers: day-to-day reactive chaos on the plant floor. This meant they were making repeated repairs where an engineering fix could have eliminated the root cause.
