Our Larkspur, CA office is looking for a financial services professional to serve as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisors (FA). You will work on a team with three other staff and four Financial Advisors and support all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation. This position is a great opportunity to grow your career in financial services with room for advancement.
The hourly pay-rate target for this role is $31.00 - $34.00 depending on experience; this position is also eligible for an annual team bonus.
We select our initial compensation target using national compensation survey data. When we make an offer, we then factor in things like tenure, performance, and geographic location to come up with the most accurate numbers. Primary Job Functions
Assist the team with the broker/dealer transition
Serve the client by setting up accounts and insuring their funds transfer from surrendering company
Respond to and resolve client requests; complete necessary financial paperwork to execute trades, change beneficiaries, establish trusts, etc.
Research and complete any outstanding issues related to the Broker/Dealer or Operations
Gather data and prepare summary reports for the use in client reviews; compile the review documents for the Advisor.
Learn Company product suitability guidelines, financial operational processes and financial sales processes
Serve as the office receptionist, greet clients and answer telephone calls
Education/Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills required to develop team and client relationships
Strong attention to detail and process
Professional presence and communication skills
College degree preferred, but not required
Financial administration and customer service related experience a plus
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce a plus
