Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and analyze data-driven site marketing campaigns that grow subscriptions and maximize customer lifetime value
  • Create a brand-relevant marketing calendar that includes an A/B testing schedule to optimize the subscription experience and drive better conversion rates
  • Collaborate with Editorial, Audience Development, and Product teams to ideate, size, prioritize, and execute onsite marketing acquisition efforts that achieve revenue and engagement goals
  • Partner with the creative team and project manager for setup and execution of campaigns, ensuring successful deployment and conducting final quality assurance
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Take ownership of marketing results, evaluating performance against relevant KPIs and goals
