- A BTS CIRA, DUT in Physical Measurements, Thermal and Energy Engineering, or an equivalent diploma is required.
- Three to four years of experience as a physical measurements technician in the cleanroom sector is required.
- Good knowledge of instrumentation equipment and measurement devices is required.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is required.
- A driving license is mandatory.
- The role requires sufficient physical fitness to work at client industrial sites.
- Curiosity and interest in ventilation are required to support clients.
- Prepare and perform the qualification of controlled environments and/or equipment according to quality-system procedures under the Cofrac NF EN ISO 17025 standard.
- Perform measurements of various parameters, including particle counting, airflow measurements, microbiological controls, comfort parameters, and acoustic and vibration measurements.
- Interpret results and prepare test reports for clients within the required deadlines.
- Participate in metrology activities.
- Participate in research and development studies with the Innovation and Simulation division.
- Actively contribute to the life and development of the division as the operations manager.
- Travel frequently locally and occasionally nationally and internationally.

H.W. Lochner has completed its rebrand as Egis following their merger in July 2025, creating a unified US infrastructure business with over 1,500 professionals across 70 offices. The combined organisation offers services across transportation, water, energy and environmental infrastructure. It integrates Lochner's 80-plus years of US infrastructure experience with Egis' global expertise in architecture, consulting, construction engineering, operations and mobility. Lochner, an Egis Group company, has appointed Karen Wiemelt to its Board of Directors. Wiemelt brings over 35 years of leadership experience in the nuclear and energy sectors, with expertise in programme management, environmental remediation and strategic planning. Wiemelt previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Jacobs, where she led the company's global Energy, Security and Technology business unit. In that role, she managed a portfolio exceeding $1.5 billion in annual revenue and over 8,000 employees worldwide. She has also served on numerous industry and corporate boards.
