Requirements
  • You have at least 5 years of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining professional A/V equipment
  • You have strong documentation and communication skills
  • You have basic understanding of building CAD drawings and AV drawings preferred (and experience with Crestron and Crestron programming would be great!)
  • You have a passport -- you need to willing and able to travel to multiple office locations (domestic and international) and be flexible with your hours as needed
  • You are able to lift up to 50lbs as necessary
  • You have strong troubleshooting and communication skills, are detail- oriented, and are able to prioritize work and time appropriately
Responsibilities
  • Your day to day will include, but won't be limited to, working on office build-out projects, sourcing and working with integrators, and designing and building spaces to our technical set of standards
  • You will update A/V hardware and software to meet or exceed security team standards
  • You'll produce CAD or other electronic format AV drawings, capturing the system schematics for documentation and design purposes
  • You will work with existing architecture and electrical framework to design and refine AV rooms
  • Keep up to date with new AV integration technology and design AV systems based upon standards and feedback from Workplace teams
  • You will communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel and work with key stakeholders and end users to identify and implement new processes and technologies
  • You will manage relationships with integrator and vendors around the world as well as manage corporate Zoom account and sub accounts
  • You will be a part of the Match Group Business Technology team, with employees in Dallas, West Hollywood, and New York
