Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of Revenue Operations experience
  • Proficiency in SalesForce administration including creation of new fields/objects, flows, validation rules, and reporting/dashboarding (Knowledge of Apex is a bonus!)
  • Proficient of Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Experience using Marketo (or similar Marketing Automation Platform) including SalesForce integration and campaign building (no HTML experience needed)
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to implement and continuously improve processes aligned with key business objectives
  • Own and administer the revenue tech stack to ensure operational efficiency across teams
  • Co-own sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance analysis with the Head of Revenue Operations
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure accurate Salesforce data hygiene
  • Design and implement processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of the sales team
  • Help design territory and verticals for account ownership
