Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing projects to support key initiatives, including third party/vendor management and oversight
  • Developing and monitoring key performance metrics for vendors
  • Leveraging strong problem solving and influencing skills to ensure projects deliver on intent, and change is implemented when needed
  • Ensuring projects, such as new vendor setup, vendor risk mitigation, vendor performance monitoring, as examples, are being documented and communicated appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time
  • Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders, including Retail Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Enterprise Service Management, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of commitments
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
  • Excel in a dynamic, team based environment
  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
