  • Over 10 years of progressive experience leading customer-facing teams within a complex, global SaaS organization.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing Enterprise deployment plans for technical products, with a background in DevOps, DevSecOps, or development processes.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative, performance-driven teams, with demonstrated success in aligning team performance with business objectives.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with experience scaling teams and processes efficiently.
  • Strong technical and strategic influence skills, including experience leading impactful changes across departments.
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the strategy for Snyk’s TSMs, representing Snyk’s post-sales offerings across the theater.
  • Actively contribute to Snyk’s regional strategy by working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to enhance Snyk’s market presence, generate pipeline, and maintain a strong brand.
  • Partner with technical staff and Sales leadership to ensure customer needs are deeply understood and represented in product strategy.
  • Work to align technical architecture and product development to reflect customer requirements effectively.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a multi-national TSM team, promoting a growth mindset and fostering a learning-driven culture.
  • Act as a coach to develop the next generation of technical leaders within Snyk, empowering your team to thrive autonomously.
  • Drive efforts to improve the quality and reliability of Snyk’s offerings through initiatives such as increased test coverage, defect reduction, and usability enhancements.
  • Lead by example to embed quality improvements into product development and encourage innovation within your team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Engineering to support key customer deployments, product roll-outs, and escalations.
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Build deep, lasting relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and account renewals.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities and support the customer journey, working toward outstanding CSAT scores.
  • Lead TSM initiatives and global projects, contributing to internal knowledge sharing and strengthening Snyk’s regional and global technical success strategy.
