  • 8 - 10 years of experience in consulting or revenue operations space spent as an architect
  • Push learning and training efforts in one of the following areas as a primary focus: technical architecture, solution architecture, or CPQ
  • Technical interest and knowledge of SaaS companies
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Serious organization and project management skills
  • High attention to quality and detail
  • Experience with AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem is a huge plus
Responsibilities
  • Working with a team of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, and Analysts to build best-in-class solutions and impactful technology roadmaps
  • Partnering with Go-To-Market stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert on the process of solutioning
  • Developing and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other programmatic tools
  • Designing and ensuring the quality of solutions with a higher degree of complexity
  • Serving as a point of escalation for particularly challenging architectural components
  • Up-leveling the architectural knowledge and skills of the broader consulting team, maintaining architecture and design principles, and providing coaching and mentorship
