  • Strong capabilities in data mapping, conversion, table structure knowledge, configuration settings, page customizations, security updates, custom coding logics, issues analysis and recommendations, running SQL queries, documentation skills, test scripts development, functional analysis, coordination of user acceptance and sign-off, business process improvement, gap analysis, requirements documentation, data visualization, and process flowcharting
  • Strong understanding of security role configuration
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working on their own initiative with limited supervision
  • Operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to manage confidential employee data
  • Proficient in Power BI
  • Work closely with the HR Operations team to support the continuous maintenance and development of people systems to support the global workforce
  • Collaborate extensively with the Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to support infrastructure, oversee system security, and manage integrations
  • Develop a strategic plan for how people technology can best support evolving business needs
  • Ensure people technologies enable customers' various needs and evolving business dynamics
  • Act as a domain expert on the end-to-end system implementation of Dayforce
  • Manage day-to-day operations including enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixes
  • Drive adoption and optimize various people systems
  • Resolve cross-application problems holistically and drive improvements
  • Manage system contracts and renewals
  • Understand stakeholders' data needs and develop solutions to connect them to actionable insights and recommendations
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve existing business processes, functionality, workflows, and maximize technological capabilities
  • Recommend changes to current processes to increase the effective use of people technology
  • Oversee system security including the creation of new roles and security groups as needed
