- Develop and implement change strategies, governance processes, and workflow improvements.
- Facilitate technical meetings, conferences, and workshops, including content preparation and data analysis.
- Deliver Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement services, including process mapping, data analysis, and cost-benefit assessment.
- Support review and consensus-building for process documentation, including corporate software suite chapters.
- Advise on business process and information technology system integration, supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data Architects and Software Engineers to implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain business process and requirements maps, including current-state and future-state documentation.
- Contribute to project planning, resource management, budget tracking, and reporting of deliverables.
- Support analytics, dashboards, and visualization development to improve operational insights.
- Participate in user experience assessments, technical user groups, and program reviews.
- A master's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Five or more years of experience supporting process or performance improvement initiatives and Enterprise Resource Planning functional processes is preferred.
- Fifteen or more years of experience in process improvement, including data gathering, analysis, change management, and evaluation activities is preferred.
- Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification, or an equivalent process improvement certification, is preferred.
