Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field is required.
  • Four to seven years of experience in process improvement, including data gathering, analysis, change management, process implementation, and evaluation activities, is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze business needs and processes to support development, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning applications.
  • Gather requirements by collaborating with cross-functional teams and understanding workflows, goals, and objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure Enterprise Resource Planning solutions align with organizational goals.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps for reference and decision-making.
  • Evaluate system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for process and Enterprise Resource Planning functionality improvements.
  • Provide expertise in continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency, consistency, and standardization.
  • Develop and implement change strategies, governance processes, and workflow improvements.
  • Facilitate technical meetings, conferences, and workshops, including content preparation and data analysis.
  • Deliver Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement services, including process mapping, data analysis, and cost-benefit assessment.
  • Support review and consensus-building for process documentation, including corporate software suite chapters.
  • Advise on business process and information technology system integration, supporting digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Data Architects and Software Engineers to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain business process and requirements maps, including current-state and future-state documentation.
  • Contribute to project planning, resource management, budget tracking, and reporting of deliverables.
  • Support analytics, dashboards, and visualization development to improve operational insights.
  • Participate in user experience assessments, technical user groups, and program reviews.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience supporting process or performance improvement initiatives and Enterprise Resource Planning functional processes is preferred.
  • Fifteen or more years of experience in process improvement, including data gathering, analysis, change management, and evaluation activities is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification, or an equivalent process improvement certification, is preferred.
