  • 1 year in a senior/lead capacity preferred
  • In-depth understanding of Evaluation and Management coding
  • Auditing experience required
  • Coding certification required
  • Excel experience required
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible mentality
  • Self-directing, self-starting, requiring little supervisory direction
  • Ability to work in a team driven environment
Responsibilities
  • Assure coding quality standards
  • Respond to coding, documentation, and billing questions
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients
  • Participate in professional development activities
  • Work closely with other team members and departments
  • Communicate with Manager / Director regarding projects and assignments
