Requirements

  • Quantifiable impact on organizational health

Responsibilities
  • Leverage data to drive the development of annual DIBs goals and strategic plans for each business unit, in alignment with departmental business strategy and objectives
  • Develop and manage close collaborations with HR Business Partners to facilitate equitable performance reviews, inclusive team building, workforce planning and managerial coaching
  • Partner with Talent Access leads and hiring managers to raise the bar on candidate evaluations and debriefs
  • Partner with Talent Management and HR Business Partners on performance calibrations and debriefs
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative insights on corporate programming and education needs
  • Share DIBs updates at business unit all-hands meetings
  • Advise departmental BU working groups
  • Collaborate on the launch and sustainment plans for corporate DIBs initiatives and programs
  • Participate in external DIBs related events and advisory groups to understand trends and opportunities for Upwork
