  • 3-5+ years of SharePoint Online content management experience designing, configuring and implementing advanced SP functionality and complex business process workflows
  • Thorough understanding of SharePoint Online structure, design principles and best practices for usability, performance, scalability and lifecycle management
  • Experience designing websites taking into account the user experience
  • Solid experience using MS Power Apps and MS Power Automate to add functionality behind the SharePoint site
  • Integration experience with E-signature solutions, Jira and other solutions
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Expertise in SharePoint Designer, JavaScript, Office 365, MS Suite
  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic, with an ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to organize and manage your projects, prioritize tasks and take accountability
  • High attention to detail, excellent written and verbal skills

  • Use your expertise in MS SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate to design and build new features and enhancements for existing SharePoint sites
  • Recommend and implement updates that optimize existing functionality, both on back and front ends
  • Recommend and implement professional-looking visual treatments for the UI
  • Participate in cross-team collaborations to understand new site content and functionality requirements, and to provide practical, creative ideas and solutions
  • Facilitate content sharing and collaboration across divisional operations
  • Design and implement workflows to automate and integrate business processes
  • Assist in developing data collaboration using content management such as SharePoint Services in support of programs, projects, and teams
  • Provide operational and maintenance support for sites
  • Mentor colleagues to upskill them on common SharePoint tasks to promote self sufficiency
  • Remain current with new SharePoint features to advance existing site capabilities
  • Remain current with corporate branding elements and pro-actively discuss if/when to apply to internal sites
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge about Vendor Management and/or Contract Management processes is a plus
  • Experience with Windows Server, Power BI, and DocuSign workflow is a plus
