- Advanced English level (B2+/C1)
- 2 - 3 years of experience in the role or similar.
- Experience with at least one website analytics platform (e.g.: Google or Adobe Analytics)
- Experience with at least one digital media platform (e.g.: Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, Search Ads 360, etc.)
- Strong understanding of digital media channels (e.g.: Social, SEM, SEO, OLV, etc.) including how each one works and how they interact with one another.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models and techniques (e.g.: MMM, MTA, etc.)
- Experience with at least one data visualization platform (e.g.: Tableau, Datorama etc.)
- Experience working with statistical analysis techniques and quantitative methods.
- Familiarity with statistical programming languages, like Python or R.
- Familiarity with the function of APIs and API data calls
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects at the same time, proactively communicating needs, roadblocks, and statuses to the necessary people.
- Analyze complex data to find patterns, solve problems, and identify opportunities.
- Turn data into actionable insights through storytelling and data visualization.
- Design, build and automate analyses, reports, and other deliverables.
- Document data usage, gather requirements, and build/maintain dashboards to meet multiple teams’ needs.
- Gather marketing data across paid and owned channels to analyze campaign performances, understand user behaviors, and report findings.
- Support campaign tracking code setup and maintenance.
- Assist in the ideation, development, and execution of measurement frameworks.
- Determine and implement methods to improve analytics processes.
- Gather data through various third-party platforms and ensure compliance with data governance protocols.
- Support ongoing metrics and segment management including the accurate creation of segments and calculated metrics in Adobe Analytics.
- Assist with taxonomy management to ensure data organization and structure across platforms.
- Collaborate with other disciplines and partner agencies to deliver comprehensive solutions to both internal and client requests.
- Occasionally support senior colleagues with analytics material for new business pitches and request for proposals.
