Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales closing experience
  • Experience selling into tech companies and / or financial services / fintech companies
  • Proven experience navigating ambiguous environments and establishing processes in a fast-paced organization
  • Ability to generate and manage pipeline and a lengthy sales process meticulously and intentionally, without any guidance, structure or coaching
  • Demonstrated expertise in your space
Responsibilities
  • Own a broad set high-potential account, including named accounts, and devise account plans, and execute all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Navigate large and complex organizations and proactively overcome objections and potential blockers
  • Help develop the sales playbook and processes to set up Column for scaling the GTM team and bringing it to the next level
  • Keep a strong pulse on the market and the needs of top financial product companies, and consult on the Product and Compliance roadmaps
  • Get plugged into the fintech ecosystem and become an expert in our space - build strong relationships, as a trusted advisor, with decision makers across the industry and within high-potential accounts
  • Expertly speak to Column’s products & APIs, and how working with Column can generate meaningfully better business outcomes for a number of different personas
  • Perform day-to-day activities consistent with safe and sound business practices and regulatory requirements
