Requirements
  • 3+ years of Marketing Data Management, Campaign Management and Delivery experience with segmentation strategy
  • Solid CRM experience and understanding of marketing campaign concepts and best practices
  • Solid experience in complex multi-audience campaigns design, development, execution and measurement
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and activate audience segments within Salesforce Data Cloud to drive personalized marketing and improve customer engagement.
  • Optimize data setup, structuring, and validation within Salesforce Data Cloud to ensure accuracy, compliance, and readiness for marketing use.
  • Deep understanding in integration between Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and Salesforce CRM for a seamless customer experience.
  • Leverage zero-copy data sharing and cloud-based data sources (Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for real-time marketing activation.
  • Ensure identity resolution and data unification to enhance customer profiling and personalization.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize CDC Data Object Mapping (DMO) to enable seamless data activation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and data engineering teams to drive data-driven decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement automated workflows for real-time, personalized omnichannel campaigns across all channels i.e email, mobile, web, branch, paid media.
Desired Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and its integration with Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud and CRM.
  • Strong expertise in segment creation, activation, and automation for omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Journey Builder. Knowledge of Loyalty Cloud and CRM is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data engineering concepts, zero-copy data access, and cloud-based data integration.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with a track record of effectively working autonomously and navigating ambiguity.
