Requirements
  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 18 years of overall related experience, or an advanced degree with 15 years of related experience with at least 10-12 specifically in the Total Rewards fields; preferablywithin a fast-paced, high-growth global company
  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading a global rewards team, within a publiccompany
  • Experiencing building compensation architecture and change management
  • Experience with Workday preferred
  • Experience in partnering and influencing senior stakeholders (executive team andBoard)
  • You'll thrive in a highly collaborative team environment and enjoy partnering with PeopleOperations partners and Talent Operations BPs globally to drive HR programming
  • Approximately 10% Travel
Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic design and execution of Invitae's global compensation, equity, benefits, andincentives programs in line with business needs and values, and provide flexibility andglobal customization to account for market differences
  • Lead a team of compensation and benefits analysts/partners to create and drive compensation and benefits programs and architecture
  • Benchmark all programs and plans to ensure internal equity and marketcompetitiveness; ensure alignment with our business growth, financial and people teampriorities and training of our management population
  • Manage annual compensation cycle, including completion of a balanced portfolio ofsurveys, annual benchmarking and creation of salary bands
  • Oversee benefits offerings utilizing a dedicated team to execute on changes
  • Lead the broader HR team through regular benchmarking cycles to educate, analyzeand assess market data, industry trends, and best practices
  • Partner with the Executive team to maintain and evolve a compelling total rewards strategy, built for ahybrid/distributed workforce
  • Lead/drive deliverables for Executive Compensation and Equity Planning
  • Monitor external trends and benchmark activities across all areas of rewards to elevate our understanding of our competitiveness globally, and evolve it over time to meet the changing landscape of total rewards
