- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a concentration in HVAC or mechanical systems.
- Seven to fifteen years of experience in design consultancy or as a general contractor.
- Experience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects, including private homes, villas, hotels, and resorts.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Professional-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Provide technical support and guidance to in-house design and quantity-surveying teams, third-party designers, consultants, and contractors throughout the design process.
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating electrical, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning, and plumbing designs to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and managers to optimize electrical, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning, and plumbing systems integration.
- Resolve technical issues and challenges during the design phase in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations related to electrical, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning, and plumbing systems.
- Assist with managing, controlling, and tracking changes and variations in accordance with corporate procedures.
