Senior Associate

Our PwC Private Assurance team is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to support the PWC Private Assurance (External Audit) team. With new problems to solve, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to create change. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and leadership abilities will get a workout. As a proficient external auditor, you’ll make a real impact in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled.

You’llproblem solve and create change throughestablishing trust-based relationships, providing tailored services and developing financial audit strategies/methodologies for our clients. You will also be responsible for:

• Working with our clients to ensure they comply with their reporting obligations through the timely delivery of high quality external audit services

• Building an effective and collaborative team environment through coaching, training and developing your onshore and offshore colleagues

• Developing your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills through formal and practical based learning

• Identifying future opportunities for clients by developing collaborative relationships and anticipating their business needs

• Developing financial audit strategies and methodologies for our clients in collaboration with other service lines such as tax, advisory, deals and wealth 

• Enabling our clients to mitigate financial risk by recognising potential problem areas 

• Fostering trusted client relationships and identifying new relationships to help them achieve their unique business aspirations

About You:

• You have a background in external audit with at least 1 year’s experiencesenioring a portfolio of clients

• You are either working towards your CA/CPA or are qualified with experience working with a variety of clients in retail, consumer, manufacturing and agriculture clients

• You act with integrity and show care for the people you work with
