About the role:
We’re looking for a Manager, Web Strategy & Optimization to lead the continuous improvement of our digital presence. This is a hands-on, player–coach role: you’ll directly execute web updates and optimizations while also setting priorities, guiding workflows, and ensuring quality across initiatives and partners.

· Own and drive the optimization roadmap for aviatrix.com, prioritizing initiatives across content, SEO, and conversion improvements

· Be hands-on in execution, building, optimizing, and QA’ing content in Contentful and related tools

· Analyze and improve conversion funnels, CTAs, form completion, and asset performance based on data-driven insights

· Guide and oversee workflows across stakeholders and partners, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery

· Monitor web performance and user behavior (GA4, Looker Studio) and turn insights into clear recommendations

· Lead SEO and CRO initiatives, shaping hypotheses, guiding tests, and socializing results broadly

· Contribute to A/B testing and CRO initiatives, helping define hypotheses, build test variants, and analyze outcomes

· Establish best practices and lightweight processes that improve speed, scalability, and accountability

· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, design, and web teams to bring campaigns and web updates to life

Requirement

· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, web operations, or site optimization, preferably in a B2B tech environment

· Deep experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and at least one CMS

· Strong understanding of SEO, UX, and conversion optimization best practices

· Familiarity with A/B testing tools, heatmaps, and behavior analytics platforms

· Ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations and measurable improvements

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills—especially across time zones and functions

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by continuous improvement

· Priority content and campaigns launch quickly, cleanly, and with performance tracking in place

· KPIs are monitored and surfaced regularly, with action plans tied to optimization efforts

· SEO visibility, engagement, and conversions trend steadily upward

· Stakeholders view you as both a trusted execution partner and a leader driving web performance

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
