Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, including Account Based Marketing
  • Experience in the healthcare or health tech industry
  • Experience managing all facets of marketing and external agency relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of ABM strategies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan
  • Create and implement customer acquisition strategies
  • Craft and implement a comprehensive Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy
  • Identify and define target accounts and segments for personalized marketing campaigns
  • Lead the planning and execution of ABM campaigns across various channels
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop customized content and messaging
  • Select and manage marketing technology tools and platforms
  • Identify events and conferences to attend for lead generation
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget
  • Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance
