So  what do I have to do to join?

• Manage thedelivery of Data & Analytic Solutions including: Data Warehouses, Data Integrations, Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Visualization & Reporting, Data Science
• Manage thedelivery of Modern Data Solutions including: Big Data, Data Lake, and Data Vaults
• Manage thedelivery of Cloud base Data Solutions using platformsincluding: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Lead the execution solution delivery using agile practices 
• Leverage relationships with colleagues, partners and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings 
• Discover client needs by conducting stakeholder interviews, performing data profiling, and process mapping 
• Define data and reporting requirements using Epics and User Stories 
• Understand conceptual and logical data models for incoming data sets
• Define, execute and manage thorough data and analytics testing: Unit, QA, and UAT testing
• Identify insights that answer client questions and solve business problems 
• Present findings to the client in a way that is engaging and tells a story of how data impacts their business 

I can do that!  Any other skills that I need? 

Experience: 

• 5+ years of Management Consulting experience with a focus on data analysis 
• Experience leading teams of functional and technical resources to deliver on client demands
• Experience managing a budget 
• Experience with data exploration/visualization tools (such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
• Skilled presenter comfortable with  clients andstakeholders
• Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the-box solutions  
• Organized, detailed oriented, and can manage multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent communication skills  
• Comfortable working in fast paced environments, ability to wear many hats, and have a general fear of being bored
