  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience on a customer service team, including a strong working knowledge of service processes, policies, techniques, and applicable regulations required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Polite, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic while dealing with complex problems.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Utility Billing software is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide remote technical support to customers nationwide using a ticketing system and remote desktop tools to diagnose and resolve Neptune Systems and utility billing-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate metering solutions into municipal projects.
  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot system integrations to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure compatibility and interoperability of integrated systems.
  • Perform training to internal and external customers on the operation, theory, and troubleshooting of the meter reading system.
  • Provide technical product support and troubleshooting as needed with utility field technicians, customers, and vendors.
