Responsibilities

• Directly lead Workplace Operations & Experience teams who oversee all building operations, office planning, front of house, shipping & receiving, events support, employee moves, and small construction & engineering projects.
• Requires partnering with employees, leadership, and cross functional teams to drive Netflix forward. 
• Partners with other Workplace leads to ensure cohesive communications across all sites.
• Communicates proactively with site business leadership on any process change, service enhancement or workplace related impacts to a site.
• Partners with business leaders to understand business goals with a drive to be predictive with service needs.
• Seek out and identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance overall service delivery.
• Financial management of workplace and real estate costs to ensure Netflix money is being spent wisely.  
• Responsible for understanding and maintaining local and regional governmental compliance.
• Build, lead & mentor your team as they work through challenges and promote an environment that encourages them to continuously excel & improve. 
• Develop and manage a strong communication strategy on all levels to ensure cohesive stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate & align with cross-functional regional partners such as Security, Talent, EHS, AV, Ntech Ops, Events, Security Operations and Systems to ensure we are constantly providing a frictionless, safe & secure workplace and responding to incidents that will occur 24/7.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience is a must, 10 years of experience managing teams across a campus and/or multiple sites preferred.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Security, Talent, EHS, AV, Ntech Ops, Events, Security Operations and Systems or equivalent 
• Ability to make strategic decisions in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with operational and capital planning.
• Strong working knowledge of the workplace, furniture systems and project support.
• Ability to seek out and understand varying regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into service needs and deliverables.
• Ability to negotiate, consult and influence decisions of key stakeholders, internal clients, and external vendors.
• Problem solver with ability to organize multiple priorities, tasks, and requests.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
