Requirements
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience at a high-growth SaaS company (learning industry preferred)
  • Experience in leading the development and execution of high-impact GTM campaigns, messaging/positioning docs, and sales collateral (strong verticalization experience is an asset)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that has successfully brought new product to market
  • Experience conducting market analysis and competitive intelligence research and working with analysts firms and partners such as Deloitte, Accenture, etc.
  • Experience within Technology Risk Management, Compliance, and Information Security
  • Experience with compliance frameworks and federal security standards like FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, SOC2, ISO 27001, RMF
  • Working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 concerning cloud technologies, architectures, and services
  • Experience performing FedRAMP assessments, authorization, and continuous monitoring (ConMon) of cloud service offerings
  • A deep understanding of and passion for the learning and development space
  • Proven success influencing peers and gaining alignment across sales, product management, marketing, and customer experience
  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the government vertical, that supports, Federal, State, and Local government markets
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify government market segments, trends, and opportunities and analyze government procurement processes, regulations, and funding mechanisms
  • Work with the PMM team to craft core strategic framing, ICPs, buyer personas, and strong messaging/positioning, specific to the government space
  • Conduct market research, win/loss and competitive analysis to identify trends and drive ongoing differentiation; disseminate insights across the business
  • Partner closely with product management on setting the product strategy for our learning platform with data-backed evidence
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to execute campaigns and initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate high quality leads
  • Create value-based product collateral and campaigns in the language of our customers; i.e. high impact sales collateral, landing pages, webinars, product videos, community posts and more
  • Create, nurture, and manage positive relationships with industry analysts, industry influencers, and thought leaders, serving as a key, centralized contact point and connector
  • Be a thought leader both internally and externally; speaking engagements, customer advisory boards, webinars, industry events, and analyst briefings.
