YOU WILL

• Partner with the Head of People to define the highest priority organizational needs and set the strategic goals of our function, particularly in the areas of learning, career development, and engagement
• Bring to bear your up-to-date knowledge of People practices, while being willing to invent and explore as our unique needs arise
• Create initiatives and programs to address the needs of our People and our organization, execute on your great ideas, and measure the results so we are constantly improving
• Engage with leaders and managers as a partner in a spirit of collaboration and curiosity
• Relish the chance to roll up your sleeves and get into the work, learning through execution and refining over time
• Be willing to contribute to every area of People and Talent, as needs arise - we are a team
• Build for our next stage of growth

YOU HAVE

• At least 6+ years in People or Human Resources at a growing company
• Successful track record for designing and measuring impactful programs and initiatives that have made a difference in organizational and business results

• Ability to problem solve at the systems level with pragmatism and a focus on execution
• Ability to deliver on opportunities to improve our talent and people practices holistically

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of integrity

• Drive to a high bar of execution while juggling multiple projects and roles in a fast-paced environment

• Deep passion for learning

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience in high-growth tech start-ups, logistics, or robotics spaces
• Analytics in Excel or Google Sheets
