- Review and control kitchen materials and supplies, reporting incidents, needs, or equipment failures to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Report shortages or excess stock for daily service and ensure proper product storage, rotation, and utilization.
- Prepare dishes to required quality, flavor, and plating standards while minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Know the menu, daily dishes, and promotions to ensure consistency and coordination with service.
- Experience in hotels of a similar category or gastronomic restaurants.
- Culinary diploma or certification.
- English language skills.
- Interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Being responsible, organized, and reliable.
- Team spirit and collaboration between kitchen stations.
