About the role
Tremendous is an enviable position to have a product relevant for many distinct business verticals and functions. Whether it’s a market research firm looking to compensate a global panel, or a global technology company that needs a one-off payment solution to thank employees, incentivize its sales teams or conduct their in-house UX usability testing, Tremendous is an easy, scalable solution. There are many different ‘partners’ that Tremendous could be working with to help get our product to end customers. This is where you come in.
You will
Set the partnerships strategy for Tremendous and grow it from early stages to a large revenue generating portion of our GTM
In some cases, Tremendous may have some existing partnership relationships. In partnership with Customer Success Managers and Marketing, your job will be to increase revenue generated through these existing channels.
In other cases, Tremendous will have no existing relationship. Your job is to establish and expand those partnerships.
Build and implement strategic plans for future partnerships and present ongoing progress to executive leadership
You have
10+ years of progressive Sales, Account Management and Partnerships Experience, with 5+ years of Partnerships Experience
Experience navigating a variety of partnership agreements that span selling into net new partnerships as well as growing revenue for existing partnerships
Experience collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to help develop unique partnership opportunities
A consistent track record of exceeding quota or MBOs
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Excellent business acumen to identify and create new sales opportunities with net new and existing customers
