Experience Level
  • 10+ years of progressive Sales, Account Management and Partnerships Experience, with 5+ years of Partnerships Experience
  • Experience navigating a variety of partnership agreements that span selling into net new partnerships as well as growing revenue for existing partnerships
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to help develop unique partnership opportunities
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota or MBOs
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent business acumen to identify and create new sales opportunities with net new and existing customers
  • Set the partnerships strategy for Tremendous and grow it from early stages to a large revenue generating portion of our GTM
  • In some cases, Tremendous may have some existing partnership relationships. In partnership with Customer Success Managers and Marketing, your job will be to increase revenue generated through these existing channels
  • In other cases, Tremendous will have no existing relationship. Your job is to establish and expand those partnerships
  • Build and implement strategic plans for future partnerships and present ongoing progress to executive leadership
