Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan, Forecasting cycles and Strategic Plans
  • Ensure Forecast Accuracy in IBP and Financial forecasts and drive accountability within the Commercial organization
  • Prepare supporting financial analysis to drive the performance of the business and execute on the strategic & tactical business decisions
  • Collaborate with Global Finance, Marketing and IBP to drive optimal and synergistic processes
  • Partner with the Sales and US Marketing teams to provide insights on opportunity account pipelines, strategy implementation
  • Explain variances between actual results versus prior year; versus AOP / forecast and market trends, and make recommendations and actions for future actions
  • Compile and review Latest Best Estimates (LBE) for respective areas of responsibility
  • Lead the preparation of all monthly, quarterly, and full year financial analysis, dashboards and reports
  • Additional responsibility of Consolidations role for US ASI
  • Actively champion IBP process and reinforce IBP cultural changes within the business
