Requirements
  • At least four years of experience with Workday HCM, global implementations, Workday updates, Performance, Talent, and Compensation.
  • At least four years of experience with Workday Enterprise Interface Builders and calculated fields.
  • At least four years of experience with advanced Workday reports.
  • Hands-on experience in recruiting and onboarding.
  • Experience with the Greenhouse application.
  • Experience with Greenhouse and Workday Recruiting.
  • Ability to configure Business Process, Core HCM, and Security functional areas within Workday.
  • Ability to conduct unit testing and provide ongoing production support.
  • Ability to act as a functional point of contact between functional departments and IT or HR leaders to gather configuration requirements and triage production issues.
  • Ability to analyze current Workday processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Ability to plan, analyze, and develop business requirements for HRIS modifications and improvements with global and local participants.
  • Ability to use a ticket system to respond to tier-two support requests.
  • Ability to collaborate with global HRIS partners to develop Workday enhancement and fix solutions that meet regional and global needs.
  • Ability to collaborate with HR Communications teams to develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation supporting change management.
  • Awareness of current HRMS trends focused on product development, delivery, and support.
  • Subject-matter expertise in HR business processes, including documenting processes and generating concise, understandable business requirements for nontechnical audiences and partner sign-off.
  • Ability to identify and articulate options to partners and influence decisions based on facts and analysis.
  • Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
