Giving Home Health Care announces Executive Leadership transition.

Giving Home Health Care announces Executive Leadership transition. April 2, 2026 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Austin, TX - April 2, 2026 Giving Home Health Care today announced an evolution of its executive leadership structure, reflecting the organization's continued growth and a sustained focus on first principles - putting patients, their caregivers, and its teammates at the center of every decision. This transition positions the company for its next phase of disciplined execution and long-term scale. Lew Little will transition from Chief Executive Officer to Executive Chair. In this role, he will remain on the Board of Directors and focus on strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnership development, and Board governance. Lew joined Giving Home in 2022 as the sponsor-appointed CEO and has played a critical role in shaping the organization's current foundation. During his time at Giving Home, he helped break down functional silos, strengthen cross-company collaboration, and invest meaningfully in leadership development - all while reinforcing operational discipline and a patient-first culture. Ben Hanson has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and to the Board of Directors of Giving Home Health Care. Ben most recently served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, where he led enterprise-wide operations across Giving Home and GivingHME while also overseeing governance, compliance, and strategic initiatives, including service on the Board of Giving Back, the organization's affiliated 501(c)(3) employee benevolent fund. He brings deep experience across healthcare operations, growth environments, and complex regulatory landscapes, along with a consistent focus on aligning execution with patient impact. Ben previously worked alongside Lew Little and Chief Financial Officer Stefanie Cavanaugh at Harden Healthcare, where the organization grew into a national platform spanning 230 locations, more than 35,000 employees, and multiple care delivery segments across 15 states. He later served as President and CEO of a long-term care platform, leading the successful operation and eventual sale of 50 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, including affiliated rehabilitation and pharmacy providers. "Lew stepped into this business at an important time and brought alignment, discipline, and a steady focus on doing what's right for patients," said Ben Hanson. "I'm grateful - first for his friendship and mentorship over more than 20 years, and for the trust he's placed in me. I'm stepping into this role with humility and a deep respect for what this team has built together. I look forward to continuing to build on this strong foundation, keeping our patients, caregivers, and teammates at the center of every decision, and advancing our mission to support the atomic veterans we serve and the communities around them." "The Board and I have full confidence in Ben's leadership and his ability to guide Giving Home into its next chapter," said Lew Little. In conjunction with the CEO transition, Giving Home is proud to announce the promotion of several key Executive Leadership Team members: * Michael Kelley has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Michael will unify leadership of Operations and Growth under a single structure, focusing on market performance, operational alignment, and accountability across Giving Home's markets. * Robin Reese has been appointed Chief Information Officer. Robin will continue advancing the organization's digital, data, and systems capabilities, including ongoing EMR implementation and the expansion of intelligent tools, which remain critical enablers of high-quality, scalable care. Building on an experienced leadership team and a solid operational foundation, Giving Home Health Care enters this next chapter focused on stability, execution, and long-term impact. The organization remains deeply committed to its mission of delivering exceptional care and advocacy to every patient it serves. As Giving Home continues to grow, innovate and expand its reach, it does so with the people, processes, and purpose needed to make a meaningful difference for the patients and families it serves. About Giving Home Health Care Giving Home is a health care coordinator and chronic care manager dedicated to proactively supporting and advocating for individuals with conditions contracted while working in nuclear energy programs for the Department of Energy. Since 2012, Giving Home has helped current and former atomic and uranium workers navigate complex eligibility and benefits processes for the Energy Employee Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA). Giving Home provides education and advocacy to, and coordinates home health care services on behalf of, more than 3,500 patients in 10 states, including Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas and Utah.
