Responsibilities
  • Engaging with customers via retention chat, actively listening to their needs and concerns. Your goal will be to identify opportunities to address their issues and offer solutions that encourage them to stay with us.
  • Resolve billing and subscription, and shipment inquiries from customers and through our internal teams. Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts, invoices and payments
  • Validate and update customer account information including acquisition contacts
  • Handle Terminations and outstanding payment enquiries from customers
  • Assist in the coordination of hardware returns
  • Ensuring that SLAs related to customer contacts are continuously exceeded and that efforts are made for same-day responses. Diligently document and track customer issues and resolutions within CRM
  • Expertly navigate our CRM (Salesforce) and various systems to solve problems and escalations related to billing and subscription inquiries both internally and externally. This includes providing insight and support to members of the Sales department
  • Collaborate with peers and other departments for specific issues impacting customers.
  • Consolidate feedback related to system inefficiencies and prioritize accordingly
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve billing processes and customer management
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
