Requirements
  • Bring experience in veterinary practice, veterinary nursing, OHS or other regulated, audited environments, or a strong interest.
  • Hold a relevant qualification, or equivalent experience and training, within veterinary, education, health or related professional settings.
  • Demonstrate proven ability to build productive relationships, negotiate outcomes and communicate clearly with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess compliance risks and respond to evolving standards or regulations.
  • Manage data, records and reporting with accuracy, using spreadsheets or similar tools to track compliance and placements.
  • This role requires travel to various distributed practices across Metro Melbourne and regional Victoria. A valid driver’s licence is essential.
  • You must have current valid work rights for Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • A Working with Children Check is required for all positions. If successful, we will guide you through the process and reimburse you.
Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with distributed veterinary practices, ensuring clear communication around placements, agreements and expectations.
  • Coordinate placement logistics, monitor contracts, invoices and payments, and support timely resolution of issues or concerns.
  • Undertake Occupational Health and Safety and compliance audits with relevant teams, identify risks and work with practices on corrective actions.
  • Support training and accreditation requirements by tracking educator compliance, maintaining Learning Management System resources and providing accurate data for reporting.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents and compliance activities, and prepare concise reports for School leadership and accrediting bodies.
