HelloFresh is searching for an Associate Director of Brand Marketing to take its portfolio of brands to the next level with ground-breaking full-funnel strategies. This person will lead brand strategy and brand partnerships, aligning efforts with the broader Brand team org and work in partnership with cross-functional partners like Growth Marketing and Product. The ideal candidate has increased awareness and consideration for a consumer brand, led successful, large-scale brand partnerships and multi-million dollar 360 marketing campaigns, and is familiar with growth marketing tactics across online and offline channels. You will...
- Help drive the brand vision and day-to-day decision making for all HelloFresh brands
- Develop strategies to strengthen brand metrics by shaping and evaluating creative campaigns and media plans
- Oversee the sourcing and implementation of all brand partnerships
- Guide the development of high-quality creative assets across the consumer journey that are on-brand and align with channel best practices
- Help identify new, disruptive content avenues, working with PR and Organic Social to execute and Brand Analytics to measure the impact
- Build strong relationships with Growth Marketing channel leads ( Social, Digital, Search, CRM, Direct Mail etc.) and work together on tentpole campaigns throughout the year
- Partner with digital and physical product teams on a twelve-month strategy to position and promote new product offerings
- Act as key guardian and arbiter of brand to ensure creative campaigns and execution are unique, ownable and uphold premium brand equity
You have...
- 7+ years brand marketing experience, primarily with brands in the consumer packaged goods or direct-to-consumer industries
- 2+ years brand partnership experience
- Experience leading a team
- Strong consumer orientation, knowledge of customer segmentation, insights development and targeting
- Full-funnel, multi-channel marketing experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in both organic and paid channel strategies
- Experience writing creative briefs and providing thoughtful feedback for marketing assets
- Proven experience and passion for working across functions and with senior leadership
- Balance of creative and analytical thinking
- Bachelor’s degree
