  • 7+ years brand marketing experience, primarily with brands in the consumer packaged goods or direct-to-consumer industries
  • 2+ years brand partnership experience

  • Full-funnel, multi-channel marketing experience

Responsibilities
  • Help drive the brand vision and day-to-day decision making for all HelloFresh brands
  • Develop strategies to strengthen brand metrics by shaping and evaluating creative campaigns and media plans
  • Oversee the sourcing and implementation of all brand partnerships
  • Guide the development of high-quality creative assets across the consumer journey that are on-brand and align with channel best practices
  • Help identify new, disruptive content avenues, working with PR and Organic Social to execute and Brand Analytics to measure the impact
  • Build strong relationships with Growth Marketing channel leads (Social, Digital, Search, CRM, Direct Mail etc.) and work together on tentpole campaigns throughout the year
  • Partner with digital and physical product teams on a twelve-month strategy to position and promote new product offerings
  • Act as key guardian and arbiter of brand to ensure creative campaigns and execution are unique, ownable and uphold premium brand equity
