- You must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift
- Your home workspace must have DSL, Cable, or Fiber Internet that is hardwired into a modem/router via Ethernet
- Minimum download speed 15 Mbps. Minimum upload speed 5 Mbps and Ping less than 100ms(Dial up, Wireless, or Satellite internet service cannot be used)
- Ability to take inbound (voice) phone calls in a conversation-heavy environment

- Reviewing resumes and selecting qualified candidates to interview
- Scheduling and conducting professional interviews and making new hire recommendations
- Collecting, managing, and filing of personnel related paperwork to include new hire paperwork
- Creating offer letters, background check submissions, and administering new hire package through Emptrust
- Performing follow-up to ensure that paperwork is returned in a timely and accurate manner
- Validating and entering HR data for domestic equipment shipments
- Responding to routine inquiries from candidates outside the company, such as next steps in the hiring process; ensuring applications are updated
- Performing routine weekly data reports on onboarding and hiring metrics
