  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, and network management.
  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects and leading technical initiatives.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow platform administration, workflows and design.
  • Confirmed experience with operating systems such as Windows Server, Linux, and macOS.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain both on-prem and cloud servers, including installation, configuration, and updates.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Implement and oversee backup and recovery solutions.
  • Support and maintain LANs, WANs, and other networking systems.
  • Support network security and compliance with company policies.
  • Troubleshoot network performance issues and implement solutions.
  • Provide advanced technical support to internal users, resolving complex hardware and software issues.
  • Develop and maintain IT support documentation and procedures.
  • Mentor junior IT staff and provide training as needed.
  • Manage and support AV systems, including setup and troubleshooting of conferencing equipment.
  • Coordinate AV requirements for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
  • Develop workflows, automate processes, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide user support and training on ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Lead and manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and recommend solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement asset management to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Ensure the security of IT systems and data through adherence to security policies and best practices.
  • Participate in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
  • Stay current with emerging threats and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment and services.
  • Manage relationships and contracts to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems to include SOP’s.
  • Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and project status for management.
