  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, banking, corporate development, or strategy, ideally with some exposure to the life sciences and/or technology space
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence

  • Fluency with corporate finance topics, including exposure to financial modeling and security analysis
  • Partner with the Investor Relations team, Communications team, Legal team, and Ginkgo senior executives to develop and execute the company's messaging to the investment community (e.g. earnings calls, press releases, etc.)
  • Manage day-to-day communications with buy- and sell-side constituents, including coordinating responses to inbound inquiries and requests and formulating outbound communications where appropriate
  • Identify and track the pipeline of target investors and Ginkgo's contact with those prospects
  • Produce and maintain presentation materials related to quarterly earnings calls, investor days, conferences and other sell-side events, and board updates
  • Oversee the Investor Relations website, ensuring that key events and communications are up-to-date and consistent
  • Support the external reporting process, including coordination of the internal review of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings and other public disclosures
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of Ginkgo's business drivers and metrics to ensure accurate and well-articulated communications with the investment community
  • Monitor analyst research of Ginkgo and its peers to develop an understanding of how Ginkgo is being valued by the market to help shape future communications
