Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience delivering a variety of HR services.
Responsibilities
  • Partners with HR Business Partner to communicate and implement key HR initiatives and strategies impacting employees and managers.
  • Provides strategic consultation on cross-discipline matters aligning business objectives with unit needs.
  • Develops relationships with key stakeholders to execute HR operations, offer solutions and support employee engagement.
  • Consults to tie business objectives to employee and manager needs.
  • Collaborates with leaders to effectively utilize Centers of Expertise (COEs)
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
  • 4-8 years of relevant HR experience.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Proven ability to build productive working relationships with a wide variety of constituencies.
  • Ability to leverage available technology and analytics to efficiently deliver services in a high volume and complex work environment.
  • Experience in an HR Generalist role supporting employees and managers is desired.
  • Experience using an HR information system, preferably Workday, is desired.
