Superna is looking for Build Engineer:

Individuals in this role are responsible for ensuring that build servers and artifact repositories are online and functioning, and proactively monitor and troubleshoot these services before issues arise. Develop pipelines and triggers in Jenkins and bitbucket to ensure CI/CD coverage, and develop programmatic reporting tools to assess the health and content of deployments. This is a hybrid software development/systems role.

This is not an entry level role, however we are willing to consider strong candidates with less experience. Salary will be determine by seniority and experience

This role will report into our DevOps Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the CI/CD environment is online and is successfully building.
• Implement and maintain monitoring to proactively avoid infrastructure or config-related build failures.
• Project build capacity requirements and raise issues to management before build issues arise.
• Optimize the build process, striving for speed, reliability, reporting, and transparency.
• Maintain and evolve the build reporting system, including (but not limited to) tasks associated with builds, code quality metrics, CVE reports, open source license reports.
• Build and publish product installers and OVFs as requested.
• Develop tools and scripts to assist in the creation/update of the development environment.
