The Vice President, Product Management – Skilled Nursing is responsible for the vision, execution, and overall success of PointClickCare’s portfolio of offerings and product strategy targeted to Skilled Nursing as part of our Senior Care portfolio, inclusive of our Skilled Nursing Electronic Health Record platform and associated offerings.
This includes being responsible for the overall vision, definition, and delivery of the Product strategy targeted toward the Skilled Nursing market – including all Products and supported strategies that support our growing portfolio of offerings and targeted segments.
The VP will lead a team and closely collaborate across the organization, overseeing strategy solutions with the goal of increasing the profitability of existing products and packages, and introducing and developing new products to increase market share and deliver additional growth potential.
Additionally, the VP will be actively involved with current and prospective customers, and often asked to drive thought leadership representing PointClickCare with these groups.
The VP, Product Management for the Skilled Nursing will be leading and collaborating across the business to build/launch and maintain solutions for a well-established, but often evolving anchor market for PointClickCare. This will require this leader to be able to bring strategies around scale and innovation to the position, with a keen eye toward continuing to grow the overall business and value delivery to the Skilled Nursing Market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully lead the Skilled Nursing Product team and all associated product line(s) from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Define the key value proposition and positioning for products within the product line
- Understand, prioritize and communicate product priorities in terms of business value to customers as well as internally to PointClickCare
- Develop and implement a company-wide commercialization and launch plan for the products within their product line, working with all departments to execute
- Drive and coordinate complex product priorities in a fast-paced environment with intra-team and inter-team dependencies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong Product or Market experience in selling to or partnering within Healthcare or Senior Care segments.
- Experience with Healthcare Software solutions: Including working with or within Long-Term Post-Acute providers specifically Skilled Nursing, but also Health Plans, Pharmacies, Accountable Care organizations and others
- Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Business or related degree
- Experience in Advanced Data technologies
